Riva del Garda Market Expands to New Avenues from February 9
The monthly market in Riva del Garda is expanding. Starting from next Wednesday, February 9, the stalls of the traditional midweek event will occupy two additional avenues in the heart of the city.
Expansion of the Market Area
Specifically, it includes Viale Roma from the intersection with Viale Alberti-Lutti and Viale Filati up to the confluence of Viale Roma with Piazza Cavour, and Viale Dante in the eastern section, from the intersection with Viale Roma to the intersection with Viale Martiri.
The “historic areas” of the monthly market will remain operational, namely Viale Dante in the western section, Viale Prati, Via Filati, and Piazzale Filati.
The expansion of the zone designated for the market was decided by the Malossini administration with a specific resolution dated November 29 of last year.
Access Rules and Parking Restrictions
Ensuring access for emergency and rescue vehicles throughout the market area is of course guaranteed.
Attention is also needed for those who routinely parked their cars in the southern section of Viale Roma and in Viale Dante during market days: parking will be prohibited with towing on both sides of these streets.
