The Municipality of Riva del Garda has announced the extension of the collaboration between the multi-zone operational unit of Trentino Emergenza and the firefighters, prolonging the service until the end of September. Starting from June, an msa ambulance, an advanced rescue vehicle with a specialized nurse on board, has been stationed at the fire station on Viale Rovereto. This enhancement ensures the presence of two advanced vehicles per shift during the daytime on weekends, thereby improving the efficiency of medical emergencies during the peak tourist season.
The synergy between the firefighters and Trentino Emergenza translates into a coordinated response to emergencies, which includes road accidents, critical domestic situations, hazardous workplace events, and fires. Additionally, the personnel from Trentino Emergenza are engaged in joint training activities with the firefighters, ensuring effective mutual support in various emergency situations.
