Riva del Garda: outdoor cinema and summer events

From **July 29 to August 12**, Riva del Garda will host the **”Cinema Estate”** film festival under the stars, set in the enchanting courtyard of the Rocca. This summer event, organized by the cultural center La Firma in collaboration with the Municipality, will feature a selection of silent films that have made their mark in the history of cinema, accompanied by live music. The program includes three must-see screenings: it kicks off with Alfred Hitchcock’s **”Blackmail”** on July 29, followed by Charlie Chaplin’s **”The Kid”** on August 5, and concludes with Ernst Lubitsch’s **”The Oyster Princess”** on August 12.

The evenings promise a unique experience, with live musical accompaniment provided by Maestro Massimo Giuntoli, Renza Tavernini, and Maestro Gerardo Chimini. Admission is free, and in case of inclement weather, the screenings will take place in the auditorium of the Conservatory. This event offers cinema lovers the chance to relive past masterpieces in a magical atmosphere during the warm summer nights.
