Riva del Garda Unveils Alpine Flower Exhibition Celebrating Sat Centenary

Piero Coelli’s alpine flower illustrations, originally published in 1952, are the focus of the inaugural exhibition for the 2026 season at Casa degli Artisti, opening on March 28 at 11 am. The display features 64 botanical drawings loaned by Coelli’s grandson, Carlo Coelli, alongside historical materials related to the Sat rivana.

The exhibition, curated by Roberta Bonazza and Maria Luisa Crosina, occupies all spaces of the house and includes a scattered section in Canale di Tenno with works by local schoolchildren. It is open Tuesday to Sunday from 10 am to 12 pm and 2 pm to 6 pm, with free entry and educational activities for schools.
