Road accident in Peschiera del Garda: three injured and urgent assistance

A road accident occurred on Wednesday, October 15, along the ring road connecting Peschiera del Garda to Sirmione, involving a car and a van. The collision resulted in three injuries, one of whom, a woman driving a Volvo V50, is in serious condition. The incident took place on Regional Road 11, near the exit for San Benedetto and Peschiera city center. The two men in the van were transported in yellow code to hospitals in Peschiera del Garda and Verona. Emergency services were dispatched to the scene, including ambulances, a medical vehicle, firefighters, local police, and an air ambulance for the urgent care of the most seriously injured individual, who was transferred to Borgo Trento hospital in red code. The rescue operations led to a complete closure of the ring road to traffic, resulting in long queues and significant disruptions both towards Sirmione and the center of Peschiera. Italian Version
