A road accident occurred on the evening of Saturday, August 16, along Provincial Road 13 in Pozzolengo, involving two cars that collided head-on around 10:30 PM. Five people, including a three-year-old child, sustained injuries in the crash. The red alert triggered a massive response from emergency services, with the Fire Brigade from Desenzano working to extract the injured from the wreckage, supported by the Traffic Police to manage traffic and ensure safety in the area.
Following the accident, air rescue was requested from Brescia to transport the child to the pediatric ward of the Civil Hospital, where he arrived in yellow code. Three other occupants of the vehicles involved were also hospitalized with the same urgency; fortunately, the condition of all the injured does not raise concerns regarding their lives.
