Desenzano: road closures and bus diversions ahead of the Colnago Cycling Festival. The Colnago Cycling Festival, one of the most anticipated cycling events of the year, will take place in Desenzano from April 11 to 13, featuring numerous cyclists and enthusiasts. To ensure safety during the event, the municipality has announced several road closures and changes to public transport routes. Among the main restrictions, the closure of via Anelli is noted from Friday, April 11, until Monday, April 14, along with a temporary closure of lungolago Cesare Battisti during specified time slots.
Additionally, bus lines will experience diversions: line 2 will not travel along via Gramsci, and line 3 will be rerouted via via Dal Molin and via Marconi. There will also be a no-parking restriction in the “Maratona” parking lot from April 12 to 14. During the event, taxis will be allowed to operate in piazza Malvezzi to facilitate access for customers. The Local Police will work alongside the organizers to manage traffic and ensure a safe event for all participants.
