Safety measures in Gargnano: road closure SP 9
The safety measures for the SP 9 Gargnano-Valvestino-Magasa will involve a temporary road closure from Monday, September 22, to Tuesday, September 23. The traffic ban will affect the stretch from Molino di Bollone to the hilly district of Navazzo, in the municipality of Gargnano. This measure has been implemented to allow for consolidation work that will involve a team of specialized rock climbers engaged in the installation of nets and rockfall barriers, as well as the reconstruction of the roadbed, which was damaged by a landslide that occurred last September due to heavy rains.
The work will take place in two active construction sites simultaneously, and the area will be under video surveillance to ensure safety during the intervention. The closure is necessary to ensure an effective and long-lasting operation, thereby contributing to the safety of road users.
