Salerno Centronautico: Marine Education, Sailing & Water Training
The Centronautico of Salerno was inaugurated in 1955 and is located in the Lungomare area, near the port.
Its headquarters hosts many students who attend swimming, sailing, and water activities.
The facility includes a large indoor swimming pool and extensive areas for learning and training.
Practical and Cultural Activities
Students participate in practical exercises, sailing courses, and regattas.
Cultural meetings and conferences on marine conservation are also held there.
The Centronautico collaborates with many sports and nautical institutions to promote maritime culture among young people and support environmental education.
