Salerno Centronautico: Marine Training and Education Hub Since 1955

The Centronautico of Salerno was inaugurated in 1955 and is located in the Lungomare area, near the port.

Its premises host many students who participate in swimming, sailing, and water activities. The facility includes a large indoor swimming pool and extensive areas for learning and training.

Activities and events

Students take part in practical exercises, sailing courses, and regattas. Cultural meetings and conferences on marine conservation are also held here.

The Center collaborates with many sports and nautical institutions to promote maritime culture among young people and encourage environmental education.
