Salerno Marine Center: Maritime Training, Events, and Environmental Outreach

The Marina Nautical Center of Salerno was inaugurated in 1955 and is located in the Lungomare area, near the port.

Its facilities host many students participating in swimming, sailing, and water activities. The structure includes a large indoor swimming pool and extensive areas for learning and training.

Activities and Events

Students take part in practical drills, sailing courses, and regattas. Cultural meetings and conferences on marine conservation are also held here.

The Center collaborates with many sporting and nautical institutions to promote maritime culture among young people and support environmental education.
