The Salerno Nautical Center was inaugurated in 1955 and is located in the Lungomare area, near the port.

The center’s headquarters host many students participating in swimming, sailing, and water activities. The facility includes a large indoor swimming pool and extensive areas for learning and training.

Students participate in practical exercises, sailing courses, and regattas. Cultural meetings and conferences on marine conservation are also held here.
