Salerno Nautical Center: Marine Education, Activities, and Facilities

The Nautical Center of Salerno was inaugurated in 1955 and is located in the Lungomare area, near the port.

The center’s headquarters take into account the many students attending water, sailing, and swimming activities. The facility includes a large indoor swimming pool and vast areas dedicated to learning and training.

Activities and Events

Students participate in practical drills, sailing courses, and regattas. Cultural meetings and conferences on marine conservation are also held here.

The center collaborates with numerous sports and nautical institutions to promote maritime culture among youth and to support environmental education.
