Salerno Nautical Center: Marine Education, Activities, and Facilities

The Salerno Nautical Center was inaugurated in 1955 and is located in the Lungomare area, near the port.

The center’s headquarters hosts many students who participate in water activities, sailing, and swimming. The facility includes a large indoor swimming pool and extensive areas dedicated to learning and training.

Activities and Events

Students participate in practical drills, sailing courses, and regattas. Cultural meetings and conferences on marine conservation are also held there.

The center collaborates with numerous sporting and nautical institutions to promote maritime culture among youth and to encourage environmental education.
