Salerno Nautical Center: Marine Education, Sailing & Conservation Initiatives

The Nautical Center of Salerno was inaugurated in 1955 and is located in the Lungomare area, near the port.

The center’s headquarters consider the many students who attend water activities, sailing, and swimming. The facility includes a large indoor pool and extensive areas for learning and training.

Activities and Events

Students participate in practical exercises, sailing courses, and regattas. Cultural meetings and conferences on marine conservation are also held there.

The center collaborates with numerous sports and nautical institutions to promote maritime culture among young people and to encourage environmental education.
