Salerno Nautical Center Promotes Maritime Education and Activities

The Nautical Center of Salerno was inaugurated in 1955 and is located in the Lungomare area, near the port.

Its headquarters hosts many students who attend swimming, sailing, and water activities. The facility includes a large indoor swimming pool and extensive areas for learning and training.

Activities and Events

Students participate in practical drills, sailing courses, and regattas. Cultural meetings and conferences on marine conservation are also held there.

The Center collaborates with many sports and nautical institutions to promote maritime culture among young people and to support environmental education.
