Salerno’s Nautical Center: Marine Education, Sports & Conservation Programs

The Nautical Center of Salerno was inaugurated in 1955 and is located in the Lungomare area, near the port.

Its headquarters host many students who participate in swimming, sailing, and water activities. The facility includes a large indoor swimming pool and spacious areas for training and learning.

Activities and Events

Students participate in practical exercises, sailing courses, and regattas. Cultural meetings and conferences on marine conservation are also held there.

The Center collaborates with many sports and nautical institutions to promote maritime culture among young people and support environmental education.
