Salò: Increased Safety During the Market Thanks to the Presence of Volunteer Carabinieri Starting from Saturday, June 7, and throughout the summer season, the weekly market in Salò will be supported by four volunteers from the National Carabinieri Association – Salò City Unit. This initiative, the result of an agreement between the local administration and the ANC, aims to ensure greater safety during one of the busiest events of the summer, which attracts numerous visitors, both residents and tourists, each week.
The volunteers, easily identifiable, will be consistently present in the market area to monitor and collaborate with local law enforcement. Their role includes promptly reporting suspicious behaviors or potentially dangerous situations, thereby helping to maintain public order and manage traffic. This collaboration between institutions and volunteers represents a significant step towards creating a safer environment for all participants at the Salò market.
