Salò is transforming into a film set for the new movie by local director Marco Perego, who has chosen his hometown for the shooting. The Town Hall and the streets of the historic center have been set up to welcome Valeria Golino, the film’s lead actress. Filming will continue tomorrow in Gargnano, where the crew has already completed some scenes in recent days. Mayor Francesco Cagnini emphasized how public spaces have been turned into a stage that citizens will be able to see on the big screens in the coming months. On Monday, December 1st, the crew will return to Gargnano, where they have already worked in various locations, including the bus station and the rectory of the Parish Church of San Martino.
