Salò Considers Palazzo Tosi Gentili as Alternative Venue for San Giuseppe School

Salò’s municipal government has proposed using Palazzo Tosi Gentili on via Fantoni as an alternative location for the San Giuseppe private school, following a contract extension until June 2027. The municipality plans to carry out renovations and maintenance to adapt the building for educational use, responding to requests from the managing cooperative and families. The lease originally set to expire in June 2026 was extended by one year after discussions involving the administration, the cooperative, and the property owner.

Palazzo Tosi Gentili, currently housing ASST Garda offices, spans three floors with approximately 360 sqm per level, totaling around 1,080 sqm. Initial assessments indicate the building is suitable for school activities but requires internal space reorganization. Mayor Francesco Cagnini emphasized the administration’s commitment to ensuring educational continuity through a ready-to-use solution, with adaptations scheduled for the coming months.
