Salò crash: Head-on collision between car and motorcycle leaves motorcyclist injured

A collision between a car and a motorcycle occurred in the Campoverde tunnel in Salò on Via Ziliani, the road linking State Road 45 bis and Via del Panorama. The motorcycle was traveling uphill toward the Gardesana when it crashed with a family Mercedes coming from the opposite direction. The causes are still under investigation.

The motorcyclist suffered a fractured arm and other injuries. After initial treatment, he was taken in “yellow code” condition to Poliambulanza in Brescia. Salò’s Highway Police (Polizia Stradale) responded to carry out investigations and reconstruct the incident.
