The Municipality of Salò has announced two historical events that will offer residents and tourists the opportunity to discover the rich local culture through guided tours. These events are part of the project “Traces of History in Salò” and will take place between February and March. The first tour, titled “Salò in the 18th Century: Between Devotion and Aristocracy“, will be held on Sunday, February 23rd at 3:00 PM, meeting at the Clock Tower. During this tour, participants will explore the symbolic locations of 18th-century Salò, immersing themselves in the traditions of the time.
On the occasion of International Women’s Day, Saturday, March 8th will feature the tour “Stories of Women’s Lives in Salò“, dedicated to the women who have had a significant impact on local history. This event will also begin at 3:00 PM from the Clock Tower. Participation is open at a cost of €5.00 per person (children up to 10 years old can participate for free), with prior reservation required until all available spots are filled.
