Salò: puppy trapped, firefighters’ decisive intervention
A puppy became trapped in the ventilation duct of a chimney in a home in Salò, necessitating the intervention of the firefighters. Rescuers were alerted and quickly arrived at the scene, where they created an opening near the chimney to facilitate the rescue operations. Using an endoscopic camera, the team was able to locate and retrieve the animal.
After the rescue, the puppy was returned to its owner, Lara. Although the animal was visibly shaken by the experience, fortunately, it was in good health. The prompt action of the firefighters prevented more serious consequences for the little four-legged friend.
