Salò Showcases Gourmet Cuisine and Premium Wines

On January 20, 2026, Salò will host a high-profile four-hands dinner at QB Duepuntozero restaurant, featuring Michelin-starred chef Gaetano Trovato from Arnolfo. The event will showcase a collaborative menu created by chefs Alberto Bertani and Trovato, paired with wines from Cantina Capannelle.

The evening will include refined dishes such as Cinta Senese tartlets, saffron and pomegranate scallops, chianina beef cheek ravioli, and Laura Peri’s pigeon, all complemented by selected wines. A blind tasting with a prize for correctly identifying wine and vintage will also be part of the event, emphasizing the venue’s commitment to local culinary and viticultural excellence.
