Scammers Impersonate Carabinieri in Garda Area to Sell Fake Magazine Subscriptions

They impersonate carabinieri when making phone contacts with hoteliers, shopkeepers, artisans, and restaurateurs in the middle and upper Garda area, offering magazine subscriptions from the Carabinieri Corps.

These are not actual military personnel, but scammers who, at various times, claim to belong to the finance police, police, fire brigade, or municipal police.
