Scammers Impersonate Carabinieri in Garda Area to Target Business Owners

They impersonate Carabinieri when calling hotel owners, shopkeepers, artisans, and restaurateurs in the Middle and Upper Garda area, offering subscriptions to magazines related to the force.

These are not military personnel, but scammers who, from time to time, claim to belong to the financial police, the police, the fire brigade, or the Municipality police.
