Scammers Impersonate Carabinieri in Garda, Offering Fake Magazine Subscriptions

They impersonate Carabinieri when calling hoteliers, shopkeepers, artisans, and restaurateurs in Medio and Alto Garda, offering subscriptions to magazines of the force.

They are not military personnel, but scammers who, from time to time, claim to belong to finance, the police, the fire brigade, or the municipal emergency services.

They often propose subscriptions to fake magazines or those unrelated to law enforcement forces.
