Scammers Impersonate Carabinieri to Target Businesses in Garda Region

They impersonate Carabinieri when contacting hoteliers, shop owners, artisans, and restaurants in Middle and Upper Garda, offering subscriptions to the arm magazine.

These are not military personnel, but scammers who, from time to time, claim to belong to the finance police, police, fire brigade, or Comune police.

How to recognize scams
