Scammers Impersonate Carabinieri to Target Garda Area Businesses

They impersonate Carabinieri when making phone calls to hoteliers, shopkeepers, artisans, and restaurateurs in Medio and Alto Garda, proposing subscriptions to magazines of the armed.

They are not military personnel but scammers who, from time to time, claim to belong to finance, the police, firefighters, or the municipal police.
