Scammers Impersonate Police to Sell Fake Magazine Subscriptions

They impersonate Carabinieri when calling hotel owners, shopkeepers, artisans, and restaurant owners in the Medio and Alto Garda areas, offering subscriptions to military magazines.

These are not actual military personnel, but scammers who, from time to time, claim to be part of the finance department, the police, firefighters, or municipal guards.
