The Lake Garda History Festival is set to highlight the figure of Silvio Berlusconi with an event scheduled for Friday, July 11, at 8:30 PM in the Sala dei Provveditori of the municipality of Salò. Political scientist and historian Giovanni Orsina will guide the audience through an in-depth analysis of the former Prime Minister’s political journey, offering insights to better understand a period that continues to influence contemporary Italian affairs. Admission to the event is free, making it accessible to all interested parties.
This initiative is part of the third edition of the festival, organized by the Centro Studi Rsi, chaired by Professor Roberto Chiarini, and dedicated to the theme “The Twentieth Century and Beyond.” In addition to the meeting on Berlusconi, the program includes other evenings featuring prominent historians and writers, such as Silvio Pons on Enrico Berlinguer and Marco Follini on Alcide De Gasperi, all starting at 8:30 PM at the same venue. The events will also be streamed live on the YouTube channel of the Centro Studi Rsi.
