The exhibition “DogDogs,” dedicated to Elliott Erwitt, was inaugurated on Friday, March 14, in Sirmione at Palazzo Callas Exhibitions, and will remain open until July 13, 2025. This event celebrates the unique bond between humans and dogs through the iconic images of the renowned photographer, known for his ability to capture moments of everyday life with a touch of irony and depth. The inauguration was attended by Mayor Luisa Lavelli and Tourism Councillor Riccardo Genovesi, who emphasized the importance of collaboration with Magnum Photos in promoting photography on an international level.

The exhibition features over eighty photographs taken by Erwitt throughout his career, highlighting how dogs can express authenticity and spontaneity. In addition to the photographic display, visitors can enjoy a screening of the film “I Bark at Dogs,” which explores the life and work of the artist. Opening hours are daily from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM and from 4:30 PM to 7:00 PM (Fridays and Saturdays until 10:00 PM), with free admission for all art and photography enthusiasts.
