Desenzano del Garda hosts the Southern Cuisine Festival at Spiaggia d’Oro. From today until May 4th, the town comes alive with four days of gastronomic events dedicated to the flavors and traditions of Southern Italy. The event, which is free to enter from 10:00 AM to midnight, offers a rich and varied culinary experience, featuring street food stalls that serve specialties such as Abruzzese arrosticini, Puglian orecchiette, and Sicilian arancini. The organizers, Cucina di Puglia and Muv Torino, have also set up a covered area to allow visitors to enjoy the dishes in a welcoming atmosphere.
In addition to the gastronomy, the festival features a lively entertainment program, with folk music and traditional dances that will engage all participants. This event represents a fantastic opportunity to immerse oneself in the culinary culture of Southern Italy and to experience moments of conviviality by the lake, combining taste and fun.
