Sunrise Yoga on Magugnano Beach

“Sunrise on the Beach” returns on Thursday, August 20 at 9 a.m. on the beach in Magugnano, Brenzone sul Garda, with morning body-practice sessions led by Valeria Scardelato. The event is open to everyone and is focused on waking up the body and mind.

The sessions take place outdoors on the beach near the town offices. During the summer, additional appointments are scheduled between July and August, including on the beach of Acquafresca near Bar Barchet.
