Tener-a-mente 2025: international success at the Vittoriale
The Tener-a-mente music festival, now in its fourteenth edition, took place at the Vittoriale degli Italiani, attracting over 23,000 spectators from as many as 53 countries. Organized by Ripens’arti, this event achieved an impressive average attendance rate of 100% and was distinguished by the presence of internationally renowned artists such as Brandi Carlile and Morrissey, who captivated the audience with their unique performances in Italy. The 2025 edition also saw enthusiastic participation from attendees across 97 Italian provinces, further establishing the festival as a cultural landmark in the Italian summer music scene.
In addition to its artistic success, the festival fostered moments of lightheartedness and curiosity among attendees. Artistic director Viola Costa expressed her satisfaction with the warm reception from both critics and the audience, emphasizing the significance of the festival’s cultural offerings in a challenging context for live music. Giordano Bruno Guerri highlighted how many foreign visitors not only attend the concerts but also contribute to the Italian cultural and tourism system, thereby enriching the overall experience of the region. The festival is set to return in 2026 with new artistic initiatives already in the planning stages.
