Significant news is shaking up the nightlife scene around Lake Garda: the Just Me Garda Lake is set to reopen its doors. The management of the venue has officially announced the resumption of activities following a favorable ruling from the Regional Administrative Court, which annulled the suspension of operations, allowing for an immediate restart of the establishment. The Appeal and the TAR Decision The administrative issue originated from a suspension order served on November 14, 2025, linked to events that occurred on the evening of November 9. The ownership of Just Me Garda Lake, deeming it necessary to protect its interests, tasked its legal team with filing an appeal to the Brescia TAR against the decision made by the police headquarters. On November 20, after reviewing the arguments, the court ruled in favor of the nightclub, granting the suspension of the prohibitive order. This ruling restored full operational status to the venue, allowing for the rescheduling of events. The Reopening Event With the legal green light, the date for the grand return has been officially set: Friday, November 29, 2025. To celebrate, a “Dom Perignon Party” has been organized, promising an exclusive evening featuring Parisian DJ Jon Rocca at the decks. Management has confirmed that operations will resume at full capacity starting next week. Safety and Collaboration with Authorities A central aspect of the announcement from management focuses on safety commitments. It has been disclosed that a dialogue has been initiated with the relevant police headquarters. The aim is to coordinate the venue’s private security resources with public forces to ensure maximum protection for customers and maintain a safe environment for enjoyment, preventing any incidents that could compromise public order within the establishment.
