A tractor accident occurred on the afternoon of Monday, September 29, in Gardone Riviera, when a 62-year-old man was involved in the overturning of the agricultural vehicle while working in an olive grove located on steep terrain. The incident raised concerns, as the tractor overturned onto the man, prompting those nearby to raise the alarm. Volunteers from Garda Emergenza quickly arrived on the scene with an ambulance and a medical vehicle from Gavardo, and the intervention of an air rescue team was also requested from Brescia due to the difficulty of accessing the area. The medical personnel provided initial care to the injured man, who suffered a crushed leg but fortunately did not sustain any serious injuries. After being freed by the Fire Brigade and stabilized, the 62-year-old was transported by helicopter to the Civile Hospital in Brescia in yellow code for further examinations. Carabinieri from the Salò Company also arrived at the scene of the accident to reconstruct the dynamics of the events and investigate any safety-related responsibilities in the olive grove.
