A car and a motorcycle collided head-on, resulting in three injuries, including a thirteen-year-old girl who was urgently transferred to the Pediatric department of Civile Hospital due to a probable leg fracture. The alert was raised just before 8 AM under a red code, and initial investigations by the Montichiari Traffic Police revealed that the car, driven by a 58-year-old man, attempted a risky overtaking maneuver on a truck, finding itself face-to-face with the motorcycle carrying a father and daughter.
Rescue operations were prompt: the girl was transported by helicopter while her father was taken to the hospital by ambulance. Both were admitted under a yellow code but are not in life-threatening condition. The driver of the car was also taken to Desenzano Hospital. The rescue operations necessitated a temporary closure of the road, causing traffic disruptions managed by the Local Police of Desenzano until 10:30 AM, when the situation was still critical.
