Vandalism in Peschiera: 38-year-old arrested for setting police car on fire

On November 12, 2024, a **38-year-old** man of Albanian descent was arrested in **Peschiera del Garda** after vandalizing a police car. The individual shattered the window of a parked vehicle, spread flammable liquid, and set the car on fire. According to the police headquarters, the act was deemed spontaneous and lacking any subversive motives.

Investigations conducted through surveillance camera footage allowed officers to quickly identify the suspect, who was found in possession of knives and pepper spray. Furthermore, it was revealed that the man was residing in the country illegally, unemployed, and had a history of domestic abuse.
