The community of Vobarno is gearing up for a festive weekend with “Waiting for Santa Lucia,” scheduled for Saturday, November 29, and Sunday, November 30, 2025. The event, taking place at the Sports Center on Via Sottostrada, is organized by the Santa Lucia Biancoblu Association with the sponsorship of the municipalities of Vobarno and Roè Volciano. The program includes shows, music, and family activities, all aimed at supporting the charitable project “A Place Next to You,” dedicated to the parents of children receiving care in the Child Neuropsychiatry department of the Spedali Civili of Brescia. The first day’s program will kick off at 7:00 PM with a fire show and roaming choirs, followed by a special performance by The Boo and an active food stand. On Sunday, November 30, starting at 10:00 AM, the day will feature a musical parade, children’s games organized by the AIB Civil Protection of Sarezzo, and the eagerly awaited visit from Santa Lucia at 4:15 PM. Handmade markets and zero-kilometer products will further enrich the offerings of this autumn event, making “Waiting for Santa Lucia” a unique opportunity for family fun while contributing to an important cause.
