Recently, the topic of housing sustainability for the youth of Alto Garda has sparked an intense debate. Questions about how feasible it truly is for young people to find housing, employment, and transportation in this area are becoming increasingly common. There is a growing concern that the region may not be welcoming enough for all demographics, leading to a gradual loss of cultural biodiversity. APT Garda Dolomiti is addressing these issues through working groups and a path towards GSTC certification, aimed at promoting a welcoming culture. Specifically, the project “Towards a Culture of Sustainable Mobility and Living in Alto Garda,” promoted by Coop Smart from Rovereto and sponsored by the Municipality of Arco and the Caritro Foundation, has highlighted these themes. On September 24 at 8:30 PM at Cantiere26 in Arco, there will be a meeting to present the results of a survey conducted with 300 local young people. During the event, anthropologist Sara Hejazi and journalist Leonardo Omezzolli will speak, with the collaboration of Ruma Agency, T Quotidiano, and Cassa Rurale Alto Garda and Rovereto.
