The 1000 Miglia 2025 was officially presented today, Saturday, June 7, aboard the Amerigo Vespucci, docked in the port of Livorno. During the event, the celebratory logo of the collaboration between the historic car race and the Marina Militare was unveiled, which includes a joint project extending until 2027. The event will take place on June 20 and will see the competing cars tackle timed trials at the Naval Academy of Livorno during the fourth stage of the route from Cervia-Milano Marittima to Parma.
In this edition, the Marina Militare will participate for the first time with a 1947 Fiat 1100 B Monviso convertible and a Land Rover Defender 90, symbolizing shared values such as respect for traditions and commitment to innovation. Beatrice Saottini, President of 1000 Miglia Srl, emphasized the significance of this debut in enriching the cultural value of the event, while Rear Admiral Jacopo Rollo described the Nodo Piano as a symbol of the union between the two institutions.
