On Sunday, November 23, 2025, an important celebration will take place at the Vittoriale degli Italiani to mark the tenth anniversary of the GardaMusei network. The event, titled “We’ve Made 10, Let’s Make 31,” not only celebrates a decade of the association’s activities but also the achievement of 31 members that unite the cultural institutions of the Lake Garda area. The day will begin at 11:00 AM and is promoted by Giordano Bruno Guerri, president of the Vittoriale and director of GardaMusei, along with Mauro Carrozza, president of GardaMusei. A Network for Culture and Development President Guerri emphasized the vision that led to the establishment of GardaMusei ten years ago: “Ten years ago, we wanted to create a network with the idea that culture and tourism together form a true collective enterprise, capable of generating value, jobs, and beauty. GardaMusei was born from the Vittoriale with this spirit: to synergize diverse experiences to collectively narrate our heritage and bring it to life.” Mauro Carrozza added that this anniversary is “truly special” after “10 years of growth and initiatives to tell the story of our territory and the artistic and cultural treasures it holds.” He also highlighted how this unique heritage “enriches the quality of life for residents and attracts tourists and visitors from all over the world.” Activities and Tastings Scheduled The celebration will feature a wide and rich program of initiatives organized by the members of GardaMusei. Visitors will be able to participate in various workshops for adults and children, including activities on paper making with the Paper Museum and “Science Snacks” offered by MUSE – Museum of Sciences in Trento. A nature trek focusing on the “Green Paths of Biodiversity at the Vittoriale,” in collaboration with the Alto Garda Bresciano Park, is also planned. Regarding in-depth moments, the day will include a talk on digital empathy with innovation manager and communicator Massimo Canducci, hosted by Giovanni Iozzia for GARDA – A Lake in Celebration. A special edition of “One Night, One Museum” will also be offered, featuring a guided tour of the Prioria, in collaboration with the Brescia Province Events Foundation. There will also be moments dedicated to local gastronomy: attendees can partake in tastings that highlight local excellence, featuring typical products from the Brescia, Mantua, and Cremona areas. The “Merenda del territorio” will be offered, organized in collaboration with the Wine and Flavors Road of Garda, the Mantuan entities, and the Cremonese Taste Road. History and Development of the Association GardaMusei was founded in 2015 on the initiative of the Foundation Il Vittoriale degli Italiani, which has been its promoter and leader. The initial goal was to enhance the cultural heritage along the shores of Lake Garda by creating a network among both public and private institutions. Today, the association, which is open to all municipalities and cultural institutions in the Garda area, has 31 members and has expanded its activities to include the promotion of joint initiatives, cultural exchanges, and, in particular, the establishment of a common ticket office. This cultural circuit, which originated at Lake Garda, has over time extended to territories such as Tuscany and Sicily. To celebrate the event, entry to the Vittoriale park will be free for all participants on the festive day of Sunday, November 23, 2025. Italian Version
