Goran Bregovic Concert at Castello di Arco: Tickets Sold Out Advance Sales

Many spectators (but no more than 1,300, as that is the capacity of the Prato della Lizza) will attend the Goran Bregovic concert taking place this evening at the foot of the evocative ruins of Castello di Arco.

Pre-sale tickets available at the Casse Rurali have sold out completely: there were 800 tickets and by last Monday not a single one remained.

Fans of the Croatian musician, who gained popularity thanks to the energetic soundtracks of films by director Emir Kusturica, will therefore need to queue to secure a spot: from 4 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., a ticket office will be set up at the «Siesta» restaurant (former pub «Lo Hobbit»), located on via Calvario, at the beginning of the Via Crucis leading to Laghel.

Seats and Tickets

From 7 p.m. to 9 p.m., the ticket booth will move to the start of the ascent leading to the castle gate: here, purchased tickets from banks will be validated and remaining tickets will be sold.

The concert, which unofficially (but enthusiastically) opens the twentieth edition of the Drodesera Festival, begins at 9:30 p.m., hoping that the weather holds and does not cause the same issue that prevented the performance by the trampoline and dancer collective «La Terra Nuova» of Perugia, scheduled for July 8 as part of CastelFesta.

It would really be a shame, because the chance to listen to Bregovic with the Weddings and Funerals Band and the Bulgarian Voices will not come around so easily again.
