Farewell Event for Don Dario Pret in Riva del Garda

A farewell celebration for don Dario Pret who will soon leave Riva del Garda to move to Cles, his new parish assignment.

This event has been organized by the parish community to sincerely thank the dean for his work during the 14 years he has spent in the city.

An intense commitment that saw don Dario not only serve as the spiritual guide of the community but also act as a visible testimony of the church in the most public aspects of social life.

A profound experience that has also facilitated the realization of important initiatives, such as efforts to preserve the church of Inviolata, the renovation of the Oratory, the House of the nuns in Viale Trento, and social assistance activities.

Hence, a very positive record, allowing us to bid farewell to don Dario as an authentic good shepherd and to ensure he leaves a lasting, memorable impression within our community.

Therefore, next Saturday, September 16 (the eve of the official and solemn city farewell at the archpresbytery during the 10:30 a.m. mass), at 8:30 p.m., a grand celebration will be held at the Oratory, and everyone is invited to join.

To support him in his next commitment, it has also been decided to open a fundraising collection.
