Garda Trentino’s Three Days of Flavor Celebrates Local Cuisine and Wine

Three Days of Flavor, three days dedicated to exploring recipes from the Trentino culinary tradition and, most notably, from the Alto Garda area.

This is the proposal that, building on the success of previous editions of the initiative, the Apt Garda Trentino has organized over the five weekends starting from October 13th (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).

Under the careful and expert guidance of master chefs, participants in the courses will be able to experiment, prepare, and taste two menus typical of our table, in the large kitchen of the professional hospitality training school in Riva.

Details of the initiative and how to participate

In addition, a sommelier will reveal the secrets of fine Trentino wines and, at the same time, provide useful tips for excellent wine-food pairings.

Furthermore, course participants will have the opportunity to make reservations at some local restaurants that have joined the initiative and also offer traditional typical dishes.
