Padenghe sul Garda Hosts Mandalas Painting Course Starting October 10

As is customary after the summer, a series of events organized by the Municipality in collaboration with the Pro Loco and the Civic Library begins in Padenghe sul Garda.

Mandalas Painting Course

Starting Tuesday, October 10th, a course will begin, consisting of five lessons, on mandalas painting with Shanti. The technique and methods are quite different from the traditional drawing and painting approaches.

In fact, the mandala, or magic circle, is composed of different shapes or movements. It is an ancient meditation that, through the repetition of an image within the circle, creates a state of relaxation and centering.

In simple terms, «the mandala is you» — say the organizers —, that is, a mirror reflecting you moment by moment, giving you awareness of who you are and how you move through life. No prior painting skills are necessary to practice it.»
