Starting from Saturday, May 18, 2024, the new summer schedule of Navigazione Lago di Garda will come into effect. This change, which will remain valid until Sunday, October 6, 2024, includes an increase in services and a higher frequency of schedules to facilitate transportation between different locations on the lake.

Thanks to this new schedule, daily longitudinal connections will be available between Desenzano, Peschiera, and Riva. Additionally, numerous boats will provide a comprehensive network of circular connections between all the major tourist destinations on Lake Garda.

The intensification of services aims primarily at reducing car traffic on both the western and eastern shores of Lake Garda. This measure aims to make travel smoother and less congested during the summer tourist season.

The ferry connections between the Brescia and Verona shores (Maderno – Torri) and between the eastern shore of Limone and the eastern side of Malcesine have been confirmed. The Limone – Malcesine ferry services will be available every Saturday, Sunday, public holidays, and every day from August 15 to August 18, 2024. These ferries will transport vehicles and passengers to the upper part of the lake.

As for fast services, hydrofoils and catamarans will be used to provide quick transportation between different locations on the lake.

One of the novelties of the summer of 2024 is the introduction of a new stop in Tignale, as a result of agreements with the local municipal administration. Furthermore, the “Get to Know Your Lake” initiative, promoted by the municipal administrations of the towns overlooking Lake Garda, will continue throughout 2024. This initiative offers up to a 20% reduction in fares for the longest route for all residents of the municipalities around Lake Garda, thereby encouraging a greater knowledge and appreciation of their own territory.
