Young entrepreneurs Claudio Tonoli and Angela Ronchi have opened a new beachside bar in Gardone Riviera, transforming their local tourism experience into a shared business venture. The 23-year-old Tonoli and 21-year-old Ronchi, both with backgrounds in hospitality and tourism, decided to pursue independence through this project.

Their initiative reflects a broader trend among youth, with 32% of over 400 high school students surveyed by the Catholic University’s Tourism Observatory interested in starting their own tourism-related businesses, compared to 40% who are opposed.
