Municipality Approves Land Swap to Create Public Park Near Monte delle Bionde

During the recent city council meeting, the swap agreement of a 750-square-meter area in Pezze with a contiguous 1,500-square-meter plot near the so-called Monte delle Bionde was approved.

“The swap, carried out between the municipality and the company Edilpark, will allow the area to be designated as a public park as provided by the current urban planning tool,” states Mayor Giancarlo Sabaini.

“In this way, we will provide a green lung to an area heavily urbanized like Pezze.”
